A few words about us!
Nutropy develops the next generation of dairy products. Nutropy is a Venture-Backed French company that develops an animal-free plug & play milk replacement for large scale dairy applications through our precision fermentation technology. We produce milk proteins and fatty acids identical to those produced by cows to enable the production of cheeses that taste as good as conventional cheese but are more sustainable, healthier and better for the animals.

Scientific Positions: Education & Experience:
- Degrees in engineering, chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology or similar relevant tracks
- Previous experience in a lab (public or private)
- Experience with:
- strain engineering
- bioreactor fermentation / bioprocess development / scale up
- downstream purification / DSP
- protein science, in particular with dairy proteins
- food science, in particular with the development of alternative dairy products like cheese (food colloids & casein micelles)
Business & Strategy Positions (eg. COS, COO, BD): Education & Experience:
- Degrees in finance, business or double degrees finance/business and engineering, chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, molecular biology or similar relevant tracks
- Previous experience in start ups, food or biotech and/or dairy companies, and/or venture capital (VC) / Family Office private investment a strong bonus
- Multitask, adaptable, able to prioritize
- Independent, well-organized and proactive work style
- Experience in project management
- Interest in alternative proteins a bonus
- Fluent in both French and English
