Join our team as Head of Strategy & Operations / Chief of Staff.

📑 Your key responsibilities:

• Define and implement the overall strategy: You contribute to shaping and executing the company’s overarching and operational strategies.
• Oversee day-to-day operations: You contribute to managing partnerships, performance, KPIs, and cross-functional teams/departments.
• Financial planning and budgeting: You contribute to reviewing financials and develop plans to reach our objectives.
• Fundraising & investor relations: You co-leading fundraising round organization and maintenance of investor relationships.
• Public funding management: You contribute to manage grant applications/funding files and help set up consortia.
• Marketing & commercial strategies: You contribute to designing and executing marketing and go-to-market/sales strategies.
• Company representation: You communicate and represent Nutropy at events and meetings.
• Any other duties as needed based on business priorities.

🛠️ Required skills

Your Skills:

• Education & Experience: Business and/or science degree. Some experience in private fundraising with Venture Capital. Knowledge about biotech, foodtech or agrotech is a plus.
• Polyvalence & Leadership: Swiss army knife, multitasking. Capacity to work in a multidisplinary team with management and leadership skills.
• Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Ideally, fluency in French, both written in spoken.
